Travel Scholarship Opportunity – 2026 Annual Professional Day
Pain Nurses Australia (PNA) is offering a travel scholarship with the value of up to $500, to aid in registration fees, accomodation and travel expenses for the 2026 PNA Annual Professional Day. This year's PNA Annual Professional Day is themed Pain across Australia – Coast to Coast and is on Friday the 23rd October 2026. The beautiful venue selected is the Rydges South Bank, 9 Glenelg St, South Brisbane.
This event is valued at 5 CPD Points.
For healthcare professionals unable to attend face to face, we are pleased to offer a live stream of the event.
Applicants are encouraged to avail themselves of early bird registration discounts.

Criteria includes:
- Must be able to attend this event (NB: scholarship is not for virtual registration)
- Membership with Pain Nurses Australia for 12 months or longer
- Provide evidence of current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
- Live more than 100km from the venue
- A statement outlining why you wish to attend the conference and how you think it can benefit your clinical practice
- A short Curriculum Vitae (2 pages maximum)
- Submit a written report of up to 250–500 words, a photo of self, no later than 2 weeks after the event for publication in the Pain Nurses Australia newsletter
- Provide receipts for registration and expenses to the PNA treasurer prior to reimbursement
