St Vincent's Chronic Pain Service, in collaboration with the Southern NSW LHD Chronic Pain Coordinators and COORDINARE, invites GPs, Dr's, nurses and allied health clinicians to an evening of education either online or face to face. if you register to attend face to face there will be an opportunity to network with colleagues and dinner will be provided. The program will focus on contemporary chronic pain management in primary care, local service initiatives, multidisciplinary collaboration and referral pathways to improve patient outcomes.
